Returns Policy

Nine Series Classics want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your upholstery, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order.

Upholstery returned after the 30 calendar day period will not be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your upholstery must be unused, in the same condition that you received.

Outward postage costs are not refundable.

If returning goods from outside of the U.K any import duty or tax incurred will be deducted from the refund total.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email to notify you that we have received your returned goods.
